As the title says I’m feeling pretty good right now. My breathing is better, I’m taking iron infusions so my energy is better as well. So, with that being said, I will be starting on a three month diet beginning on Monday of next week. I have a plan, one that includes low carb, regular exercise; mental as well as physical. I’ve joined a neighborhood gym that will help me during the cold and rainy days that are sure to be coming. I will post regular updates here so I can keep up with my progress. Also, I’m on Fitbit so if you would like to send me a request, you can see live results. My email address in timhughes1963@gmail.com
See you on Monday!!!
Good luck, man!
Thank You!!
Thank you very much for sharing this with us, Tim Hughes Living with CML! How easy (or hard) was it for you to find a balance between eating as healthy as you can and a “normal” life (if life can be called normal)?
To me, finding a balance is very hard. When I worked it was fairly easy because everything was scheduled. Breaks and lunch were always at the same time. Not so much when you’re retired. Plus, having medicine that you have to take and wait an hour before you get to eat makes it hard to maintain a schedule. At least for me, it is.
That’s tough… have you ever tried keto? It really helped me and it might help you too http://bit.ly/AwesomeKetoDiet
The diet plan I’m on is basicly staying away from carbs. That’s somewhat like a Keto Diet I think. It’s hard for me to go by the book, so to speak. Most plans that are in a book require me to eat certain things that I just can’t handle. Asparagus and avocados are just two examples of items that I just can’t eat and those two are in mose meal plans. The link you shared; do you benifit from me purchasing from this site?
