For those that are looking at this piece of machinery thinking “What in the world is this?” I’ts a chiller. It’s what cools our building complex. What you’re looking at is three 750 ton Air Conditioning units. My main job is to see that these bad boys run with out any problems. I have to take readings on these things every day of the work week making sure that the temperature and pressures are correct. Most of the time they run with no issues but when they break down it can get very expensive.

I mentioned it in yesterday’s post and since then I haven’t been able to think much of anything else. We had some pretty bad storms last night but luckily the tornado’s didn’t happen.
If you follow the link in the photo above it will take you to a site where I have posted all the pictures that were taken during the unveiling of the memorial our Boy Scout Troop did in honor of all those that perished during the tornado event of April 2011. As you can tell by some of the pictures it was a local news media event. Three television new’s media plus two local news paper media personal were there to cover the event. It was a very emotional event to say the least. It really brought our community together.

It’s been raining all week, in fact, we are currently under a Tornado Watch. Our community is still rebuilding since our last tornado which came through here back in 2011. Missed our house about half a mile. Our community looked like a bomb had went off. Hopefully, we will miss any bad weather that may come our way.

Today’s photo is of one of our cats, Clyde. Clyde is a nine year old male and weighs about fourteen pounds. He is the master of our household, or at least he thinks he is. He will not let my wife sleep in. He will get on top of her and yell until she gets up to feed him. This usually starts around 6 am in the morning. If she stays in bed too long he will eventually leave a gift of pee somewhere in the house other than his litter box.
Clyde is one of two cats that live with us. His sister, Bonnie, died a few years back with a heart attack, or so the vet says. About a year later we acquired another female cat named Sophie, a cat with a completely different demeanor.

Hello. I’ve debated whether or not to do this or not but here goes.
This is me with all my “glory”. My current weight as of this morning is 300.4 and as of today I’m doing a 365 day weight loss challenge and I’m going to use the 365 Photo Challenge to help me keep track of my progress. No, you won’t see a picture of me everyday but maybe once a month or so. If I were to set a goal it would be about 5 lbs a month. That’s 60 lbs in a year. I think I can do it.
I will be taking pictures of my everyday life whether it be at work, home or at play. I enjoy photography so there’s no telling what you might see. I have a lot going on in my life so be prepared for some interesting stuff.
Wish Me Luck.
