I was there.  It feels like a hundred years ago but I was there.  Actually it’s been at least seventeen years ago since I was in Paris.  From the information that I’m getting we ate at a restaurant not far from the music venue that was bombed. The world was a different place then and we didn’t have to worry about someone blowing you up like you do now.  My prayers go up for all those involved in the horrific situation.

I’m so close to my mini goal that I stayed on the treadmill a few minutes longer tonight. I can already tell that I’ve lost some weight by my watch being loose on my wrist.  I can spin the watch around on my arm now.  Later on this will be very annoying.  I can’t really tell it in my clothes just yet but that will come in time.
